Independent advice on procurement strategy, supplier selection, and sourcing frameworks across complex international supply chains.

We advise sovereign procurement entities, prime contractors, and corporates where relationships and local knowledge are decisive — from specific acquisition programmes to broader procurement strategy.

We are not a traditional consulting firm. We do not produce frameworks, methodologies, or reports.
